Update

Derby day misery and subseqeuent wringing of hands in despair and inquest-ing.

Bleh.

Drawing in court too. There isn't a judge in the land who'll actually tell the lawyers that they're being unprofessional by blaming their juniors for not filing documents on time.

There also isn't a lawyer who'll give me any advice on how to resist adjournments. Doesn't help that I'm appearing opposite people three times my age.

Now to acquaint the client with the Indian justice system.
